Christian Education

Confirmation Classes begin soon!
Nancy Baxter will begin confirmation classes soon. If you are interested in attending or have a child you would like to enroll, please contact the Parish Office at (330) 928-2139.

Church School for Children and Youth

Sunday SchoolThe spiritual nurturing of the young persons in your care is very important. Christian Education for the young (Church School) takes place during our midweek program on Wednesday evenings.

Church School for Adults

We believe that children learn more by what they see more than by anything we can tell them. If your child sees that you value Christian Education and attend church school, you will be providing a more solid foundation for spiritual growth than we could provide alone. We offer several opportunities for you to attend classes to enrich your own understanding of God's word and to deepen your relationship with Christ and the Holy Spirit.

Our Wednesday midweek program offers adult classes led by our priest or trained volunteers.

Midweek Small Group Study

Wednesday Morning Bible Study
You can meet with this group on Wednesday Mornings at 10:00. These classes are led by trained volunteers.

Seasonal Studies
During Lent, an evening weekly study with simple meal has become a St. John's tradition. Watch for more details as Lent approaches!
